Mark leads the Secondaries Advisory business in EMEA and Asia for Credit Suisse. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mark spent 10 years as a principal investor with specialist private equity firms including Keyhaven Capital Partners and Pomona Capital; where he led the origination and execution of private equity secondaries, fund and direct transactions in Europe. Before this, Mark focused on growth buyouts at VCI, an affiliate of the 3i Group, based in Milan. He began his career as an investment banker with BZW in London and also held various positions within debt capital markets for Barclays Capital in Europe and Asia. Mark holds an honours degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Leeds and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
